On your first clean, your presence is recommended but not compulsory.
Your cleaning specialist will go over your priorities & needs, and make recommendations to ensure we'll meet or exceed, your expectations.

Once your Deep clean is complete, you will have the option to request a recurring schedule with the same cleaner.
Want to try out a different cleaner next time? Not a problem, we know how important it is for you to find the perfect match. All of our cleaners are trained, bonded and insured by TGC.

Get the same cleaner, every time - if you book a recurring service. We get it, nobody wants to have to repeat instructions to their cleaner every time they come over. That's why at The Good Cleaners, when you book our recurring services, we'll keep a file of your preferences in our internal app & send the same cleaner, every time.
In the event of a sick day or a vacation day, The Good Cleaners will have you covered with a vetted, non-contracted replacement within 48 hours.
Our prices don't include taxes, however, there are no hidden fees such as flat transport fees, equipment fees or supply costs, everything is included in our hourly rate and deep clean extras.
