We serve Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, and the West Island. If you are unsure whether your area is covered, give us a call and we will let you know.

Our office is available Monday to Friday from 8AM to 6PM, and Saturday from 9AM to 5PM. Cleaning appointments can be scheduled within these hours based on availability.

No, you do not need to be home. Many clients provide us with a key, lockbox code, or building access instructions. We recommend being present for the first visit to do a quick walkthrough with your cleaner so they understand your preferences.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance for recurring services. For one-time deep cleans or move in/out cleans, booking a week ahead is ideal. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

We offer Recurring Housekeeping (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), Deep Cleaning, Move In/Move Out Cleaning, Airbnb Turnover Cleaning, and Commercial Cleaning for offices, medical clinics, daycares, condos, and retail spaces.

Our recurring cleaning starts at $105 per session for weekly service (3 hours), $112.50 for bi-weekly, and $117 for monthly. Additional time beyond 3 hours is billed at $35/hr (weekly), $37.50/hr (bi-weekly), or $39/hr (monthly).

Deep cleans start at $195 with a 3-hour minimum. Inside oven or inside fridge cleaning is included in the base price. Additional time is $40/hour. Optional add-ons like interior window cleaning, wall washing, or inside cabinet cleaning are available starting from $35.

Move in/move out cleans start at $205 with a 3-hour minimum. This includes inside oven or inside fridge cleaning. Additional time is $50/hour after the first 3 hours, billed in 30-minute increments.

No, all prices listed are before applicable taxes. GST and QST will be added to your final invoice.

Our recurring service covers kitchen cleaning (counters, stovetop, appliance exteriors, sink, floors), bathroom sanitization (toilet, tub, shower, sink, mirror, floors), living area dusting and vacuuming, bedroom tidying and bed making, and floor steam cleaning throughout. Each checklist is fully customizable to your specific needs.

A recurring clean maintains your home on a regular schedule and covers standard surfaces and areas. A deep clean is more intensive and includes things like inside oven or inside fridge cleaning, detailed scrubbing of grout and tile, baseboards, light fixtures, and more thorough attention to areas that accumulate buildup over time.

Yes. Every checklist is fully customizable. You can add or remove tasks, prioritize specific areas, and include optional add-ons like interior window cleaning, wall washing, inside cabinets, laundry, ironing, dish washing, and more. Just let us know your preferences.

Yes. For recurring services, you are matched with a dedicated cleaner who becomes yours. They learn your preferences, remember your details, and treat your home like their own. This consistency is one of the biggest things that sets us apart.

Yes. Every cleaner undergoes a thorough background check before joining our team. Beyond that, we also do what we call a "vibe check" - we select agreeable, friendly people who treat your space with respect.

100% of our cleaners are fluent in English. Most also speak French. Clear communication is a core part of our service. You explain your preferences once, and we remember them.

Yes. We are fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event that something is damaged during a cleaning, you are completely covered.

Each cleaner is hand-selected and trained one-on-one through our GoodClean program. They learn professional techniques including steam cleaning, carpet extraction, upholstery stain removal, and proper use of eco-friendly products. We maintain hotel-level standards for every clean.

Yes. Our cleaners arrive with all necessary professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly products. This includes steamers, vacuums, mops, and all cleaning solutions. You do not need to supply anything.

We exclusively use EPA Safer Choice and EWG (Environmental Working Group) verified products. For recurring services, we prioritize EWG verified products which are the gold standard for safety. For deep cleans, we sometimes use EPA Safer Choice products that offer stronger cleaning power while maintaining strict safety standards.

Yes. All our products are certified safe for children and pets without compromising on sanitization standards. We avoid bleach, ammonia, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and chemical irritants. When we say eco-friendly, we mean real health and environmental standards, not just marketing.

Yes. Every cleaning service includes floor steam cleaning at no extra charge. Our steamers reach 275 degrees Fahrenheit, killing 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, dust mites, and early-stage mold. We also use steam to clean ovens, fridges, appliances, bathtubs, and upholstery for deep clean options.

We wash our steam mop pads before each clean and use fresh cleaning cloths for every home. This prevents bacteria spillover from house to house, keeping your floors, tubs, and sinks chemical-free and truly clean.

Yes. You can pause your subscription anytime, whether for travel, vacation, or any reason. When you return, you keep your same preferential rate. There are no penalties or long-term commitments.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning will incur a $75 fee. We ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can reassign your cleaner. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice are free of charge.

Yes. You can reschedule your cleaning with more than 24 hours notice at no charge. Simply call us at (514) 819-9862 or send us an email and we will find a new time that works for you.

No. There is no contract or long-term commitment. You can cancel or pause your recurring service at any time without fees. We earn your loyalty through quality, not contracts.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something was not done to your standards, contact us within 24 hours and we will send someone back to address the issue at no extra cost.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers. Payment is processed after your cleaning is completed.

You are charged after the cleaning is completed. For recurring services, your card on file is charged automatically after each session. You will receive an itemized receipt by email.

Tips are always appreciated but never expected. If you would like to tip your cleaner, you can do so directly or add it to your payment. Our cleaners earn a living wage regardless.

We clean offices, medical clinics, daycares, condo buildings (common areas), retail stores, and other commercial facilities. Each space receives a customized cleaning plan tailored to its specific needs and industry requirements.

Yes. For commercial clients, we use industrial floor scrubbers, pressure washers, commercial steam cleaners, HEPA vacuums, floor buffers, carpet extractors, professional window cleaning tools, and ride-on sweepers depending on the size and needs of your facility.

Our unique QR code system allows your employees or tenants to scan a code and provide instant feedback after each cleaning. This ensures accountability and gives you real-time visibility into the quality of service being delivered.
